Hiromi is a beautiful, approximately 4-year-old, 36 lb Belgian Malinois mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure! She began her journey on the streets of Matamoros, Mexico, where she was found underweight and covered in ticks. Despite her tough start, her sweet nature always shone through. Now, Hiromi is healthy, happy, and eager to find her forever family. She's an active and playful girl who enjoys spending time with people and forms strong bonds with her trusted humans. Hiromi can be a little shy initially with new people, but her affectionate side quickly emerges once she feels secure. She's crate and leash trained, making her a perfect companion for walks, outdoor activities, and family outings. As an intelligent Belgian Malinois mix, she thrives with regular exercise and mental stimulation. Hiromi is ready for her happy ending, a loving home where she'll be cherished as a true member of the family.
Ideal Home

Ongoing Health
Hiromi has received comprehensive vet care, including spay/neuter, DHPPI and Rabies vaccinations, Bordetella vaccination, deworming, microchipping, a 4DX test, and a negative heartworm test. She is on monthly Nexgard Spectra for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She also has a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Hiromi is crate trained and leash trained. However, she is not house-trained. It's important to understand that rescued dogs may need time to adjust and may have fears or anxieties due to past experiences. Patience, understanding, a safe environment, and establishing a routine will be crucial for her to feel secure and build trust.

Transportation
Hiromi is currently in Matamoros, Mexico, but is ready to travel to the East Coast on a cross-country trip if adopted. Door-to-door delivery is available for a one-time fee of $400 USD. This process includes scheduled trips, a contracted transport company, comprehensive legal and health documentation, and real-time updates during the journey. A final home review will be conducted upon delivery.
