Yvonne is a deeply affectionate, people-oriented girl who is struggling in the shelter environment after being found running loose. The stress of kennel life has become overwhelming for her, but outside of it, her true personality shines—she bonds quickly to her person, seeks constant closeness, and is happiest when she’s right by your side. Yvonne loves walks, car rides, and interactive time, and she’s described as cuddly, loyal, and eager to connect. She takes treats gently, is trainable, and has done well with people of all ages, including children.

Yvonne is looking for a home that can provide significant structure and support as she works through separation-related behaviors. She would thrive in a home where she is rarely left alone and can continue to receive guidance and routine.

Yvonne is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Yvonne currently experiences a high level of distress when left alone, which can lead to destructive behavior even when crated. She will need a plan in place to manage this safely, as well as supervision while she builds confidence and stability. While she has been mostly indifferent with other dogs, slow introductions are recommended.
