Alexa

Alexa is a sweet, 20lb female Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler mix who's about a year and a half old. She came to us as a stray from New Mexico. Alexa is a bit shy when you first meet her, but she's a very gentle soul who will often lay down or hide if she's feeling nervous. Once she feels comfortable, she'll shower you with loving looks and will happily hop up on the couch for pets or gently nudge you for attention. She absolutely adores toys, especially stuffed ones, and is very motivated by snacks, which will make training a breeze! Alexa is already kennel trained and sees her kennel, complete with blankets and her bed, as a safe and cozy space.

Ideal Home

Alexa would thrive in a home with at least one other dog. She loves her canine friends and would benefit from the guidance of a confident, friendly dog to help her navigate her new environment.

Ongoing Health

Alexa has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Alexa is already kennel trained and is very food motivated, making her eager to learn. With a little patience and her love for treats, she'll be a quick study!
