Meet Kalena, a spirited 5-year-old hound-mastiff mix who’s the perfect blend of adventure and affection! She’s a bold and fearless tomboy who loves to get messy and zoom around, but she’s also a sweet cuddlebug who can rock a pink leash with style. Kalena is endlessly entertaining and ready to bring fun, laughter, and love into your home. She would love to be adopted with her brother, Meka, though it's not required.

Ongoing Health

Kalena is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccines, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, and micro-chipping.

Training & Support

Kalena is learning and growing every day! Like many rescue dogs, she will benefit from continued training and a patient, understanding family. Our team works on leash training and basic commands, and we’re confident she’ll continue to blossom.

Transporation

Kalena is currently in Angleton, TX. She is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our dogs are transported in comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff to ensure their well-being. You can follow her journey via a private Facebook event page, and our Adoption Coordinator will help you find the closest transport pick-up location.
