Mateo is a silly and athletic guy who was rescued from the streets a few years ago after an attack. He's been waiting patiently at the shelter and is now ready to leave his past behind and find his loving forever home. Mateo is full of energy and absolutely loves to play fetch with his favorite rubber ball! He'd be a perfect match for an active person or family who enjoys hiking, sports, or just playing outdoors. When it's time to relax, Mateo also enjoys snuggling up close.

Mateo would do best as the only pet in the home as he is not fond of cats or other dogs, likely due to his past experiences.

Mateo has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccines.

Training & Support

Mateo is a playful and energetic dog who loves to fetch and engage in outdoor activities. He also enjoys cuddling during colder weather. His rescue team is available to answer any questions and assist with a smooth transition to his new home.
