This lovely girl was found hit by a car, wandering the streets trying to survive. Let’s find the happy ending she deserves! She’s arriving in Vancouver May 10th and needs a foster or forever home!
Mambita is a sweet little dog with medium to low energy. She loves to play and is super affectionate with all people and other animals. She really enjoys walking and would be an excellent companion for people who like to go for leisurely walks with an obedient friend. She loves to be petted and is excellent company for anyone looking for a loyal and affectionate friend. Little Mambita was found in the Colosio neighborhood of Playa del Carmen with her mother and brother. She had been hit by a car and suffered broken bones. She wandered for weeks with her mother and little brother until we found them on a rainy afternoon, searching for food. Her mother passed away, and she was left heartbroken. She doesn't like being alone, and has always been with her brother Mambo (also available for adoption). She would do great with fur siblings! By the time of her rescue it was too late to operate on her leg, and the bone healed on its own. She has completely healed, but she’s not ever going to be a big runner. She’s a happy girl doing walks and some play dates.
Ideal Home
Mambita would do great with fur siblings, as she doesn't like being alone. She is not compatible with cats.
