Goldie is an 8-year-old village dog who has traveled a long way to find her forever home. She was rescued from the streets and endured many surgeries to remove papillomas. After recovering, she waited patiently for her chance to come to Canada, and now she's in foster care in London, Ontario, looking for a loving family. Despite her past, Goldie is a gentle, kind soul who finds quiet joy in life. She enjoys a slower pace, preferring leisurely walks and patient encouragement to get moving. Once she's up and about, she's happy to explore the world with you, taking in all the sights and smells. Goldie has a unique "happy dance" where she does joyful little hops instead of zooming. She's also a musical pup who loves to sing and has even inspired other dogs to join her chorus. She enjoys listening to music and often tilts her head as if studying every note. Goldie gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having canine companions. She has overcome so much and is now ready for a family to choose her.
