Thor is approximately 2 years old, currently weighs around 29 lbs, and we believe he may be a Boston Terrier mix. As with any rescue dog, breed is always a bit of a mystery, but one thing we know for sure is that Thor is 100% awesome.

Training & Support

Thor is eager to please and already knows how to sit. He is highly motivated by treats, making training fun and rewarding. While he has been accident-free indoors, he can get excited and jump up to say hello, and can be a little mouthy with adults when playful. He is, however, incredibly gentle with young children. With continued consistency and positive reinforcement, he will continue maturing into an exceptional companion. He relaxes comfortably in the laundry room when left alone and has done beautifully there.

Transporation

Thor is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
