Kojo

Kojo is an adorable baby boy less than a year old. He’s friendly, cuddly, and so very affectionate, which is remarkable given he arrived at the shelter at 5 months old, skinny and clearly neglected. Kojo deserves to be doing all the puppy things, like playing, loving, sitting on a lap, and receiving lots of attention. He walks well on a leash, gives butterfly kisses, and simply wants to be by your side, looking up at you for approval. At only 42 lbs, he's a favorite among our staff and volunteers. One volunteer even shared, "I walked Kojo yesterday, boy I love this dog so much!!!!...all the staff knows him by his name, and they all stopped to pet him!" Ongoing Health

Kojo was found to be skinny and clearly neglected upon arrival, but he is now healthy and ready for his forever home. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Kojo walks well on a leash. As he is still young and deserves to experience puppyhood, continued positive reinforcement and training will help him continue to grow into a well-adjusted companion.
