Chanel Belle is a 4-year-old, 58lb pittie/boxer mix who is full of love and affection! She absolutely adores people and will happily snuggle up on the couch with you or follow you around while you do chores. Her whole body wiggles with joy when she meets new friends, and her tail wags at full speed! Chanel is dog-friendly but prefers a calm companion who also enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and will give her space to warm up. Once comfortable, she loves to play bow and engage in gentle games of chase. She would do best with a mellow male dog who is looking for companionship rather than a playmate, but she is also happy to be the only dog in the home. Chanel would prefer a home without cats, as she was a little too interested in the foster's cat.

Chanel would thrive in a semi-active home with a family who enjoys walks and is looking for a super affectionate companion. She would be thrilled to have a backyard to explore and would make a wonderful family dog.

Training & Support
Chanel is eager to learn and already knows basic commands like "sit." She is also working on "sit pretty" and may even know how to dance! She is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash with occasional pulling. Consistency and practice will help her become a perfect leash walker.

Chanel is currently located in Texas and can be transported across the US on our USDA licensed transport vehicles. Transport to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada is available. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT.
