Meet Nina, a delightful approximately 2-year-old dog who might just be a living, breathing stuffed animal! With her irresistibly squishy body, floppy ears, soulful eyes, and adorable rolls, Nina is guaranteed to make everyone stop and stare. We suspect she's a delightful mix of hound, boxer, and perhaps a touch of Beagle – a perfect recipe!
Ideal Home
Nina is a "respectful Velcro dog" who loves to be near her people. She'd prefer a home environment over apartment living due to her excitement around unfamiliar dogs on leash. She enjoys the company of other dogs but would also be happy as an only dog. She showed polite curiosity towards cats and would do well with further testing. While not formally tested with children, her affectionate and gentle nature suggests she could be a wonderful family dog.
Ongoing Health
Nina is current on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has been tested for heartworms and received treatment if needed.
Training & Support
Nina can get excited and pull on the leash when she sees other dogs, but she calms down after proper introductions. She does best with thoughtful introductions to canine companions who appreciate her leadership style.
