Emma and Alice are a bonded pair of 8-year-old female Yorkies who must be adopted together. Emma weighs 7.4 lbs and Alice is of similar size. These two sweet girls came from a mass breeding facility and are now learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and cherished. They rely on each other for comfort and confidence, so their adoption together is a must. Having two only means twice the love, twice the cuddles, and twice the joy!
Emma is the curious, outgoing sister who loves to explore new environments and follow you around. She enjoys investigating her yard and parks, watching her people, and is always waiting for attention when you get home. She's crazy for treats and loves a good belly rub. Emma has a slight head tilt from a past vestibular episode, which gives her an endearing look but doesn’t slow her down. She's a happy little girl who simply enjoys life.
Alice is the shy but protective one, always making sure her sister is okay. She’s full of fun quirks, loves to be near her people, and learns quickly. As the observant one, she loves to watch and take in what everyone is doing and is enthralled with watching TV. You’ll get a kick out of how she loves to roll around outside. Alice has no teeth, which only makes her more charming. She does great on a soft diet and is crazy for treats.
Together, Emma brings the playful, confident spark, while Alice brings the shy, quirky charm. They work as a team, and you might find them collecting items like socks to keep in their bed. They sleep curled up together, explore the world side by side, and truly feel safest as a pair.
Ideal Home
These two tiny Yorkies would thrive in a quiet, caring home where they can continue to blossom. They require a securely fenced yard and someone who is home at least part-time. An experienced dog owner is preferred, and they should be adopted into a home with children over 10 years old.
Ongoing Health
Both Emma and Alice are up to date on their shots. Alice had a dental procedure done, and Emma had a past vestibular episode that resulted in a slight head tilt, which does not impact her daily life.
Training & Support
Both Emma and Alice are housebroken with prompting and are crate trained. They enjoy collecting items and will place them in their beds without chewing them.
