Taco

Taco is a 6.5-pound senior Chihuahua with a heart full of love! While he might initially put on a brave face and bark at people through the fence, his tail wags and sweet demeanor quickly reveal his true affectionate nature. Taco loves to give puppy kisses and is always ready to shower his favorite people with attention. He came into our care after his beloved momma passed away, and he's hoping to find a new loving home where he can share his devotion. He would be happiest curled up in a lap, soaking up all the affection and companionship he can get.

Ideal Home

Taco is not recommended for homes with very young children, as his small size makes him prone to accidental injury. Older children who are familiar with small dogs would be a better fit. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats and has a gentle, social nature.

Ongoing Health

Taco has been neutered, is up to date on vaccinations, is heartworm negative, and is current on monthly prevention. He is also microchipped with lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Taco is a social butterfly and generally gets along well with everyone. His main desire is to be a devoted lap buddy, so providing him with plenty of affection and companionship will be key to his happiness.
