Paco is a charming young male Chihuahua mix who came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He was previously protected by his sister, which has made him a little nervous in new situations. However, he is warming up nicely now that he's away from her and is becoming more confident each day. While he can be a bit shy at first, Paco is eager to find a loving home where he can continue to blossom.
