Meet Nova, a young farm dog mix with Anatolian Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, Lab, and Shepherd heritage. She's an intelligent, fun-loving girl with an independent streak that makes her totally unique! Nova is a playful and curious pup who loves to explore and keep a watchful eye on her surroundings. She's the kind of dog who likes to be involved and is always ready for an adventure. Nova can be quite vocal, especially when she's excited or wants attention, but it's all part of her charming personality!
She enjoys affection and attention from her humans but is also happy entertaining herself nearby before returning for some love and interaction. Nova gets along well with other dogs and can adapt to a busy household. She sleeps soundly in the bedroom at night and settles down nicely once the day is done. She kennels reasonably well, though she can be loud if left in her kennel for extended periods.
Ideal Home
Nova would thrive in a home that appreciates her smart, spirited personality and is ready to help her continue growing into a wonderful lifelong companion. She'd do best with a family willing to continue building positive kennel routines and confidence.
Ongoing Health
Nova is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea prevention. She has also been fecal tested.
Training & Support
Like many young dogs, Nova is still working on potty training. Some days she does wonderfully, while other days she still has accidents in the house, so her future family should be prepared to continue consistent training and structure as she matures. She can become loud if kenneled for extended periods, so her family should be willing to continue building positive kennel routines and confidence.
