CHICKEN NUGGET - happy boy

Meet Chicken Nugget, or Nugget for short! This handsome boy is estimated to be around 2-3 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. Nugget is a lanky and leggy pup with a uniquely adorable dome-shaped head, reminiscent of an apple-headed Chihuahua, with a possible mix of Pomeranian or rat terrier. He's a very sweet, happy, and lively companion who loves to play and cuddle.

Ideal Home

Nugget would likely be a great fit for a family with children, given his tender personality. He's also an excellent candidate for apartment or city living, as he's not an excessive barker and is comfortable being left alone for several hours. He would also make a wonderful playmate for another dog, as he is great with dogs of all ages and sizes.

Ongoing Health

Nugget is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Nugget loves his squeaky toys and enjoys playing in the yard. While he's generally well-behaved, any adopted dog will need time and patience to adjust to a new home and schedule.

Transportation

Nugget is currently located in Puerto Rico and will fly to his forever home once adopted. We can arrange in-cabin transport with a flight volunteer to many East Coast airports, including JFK, EWR, PHL, TPA, BWI, DCA, and IAD, among others.
