Valerie is a precious girl who is still learning the world isn't so scary. She is loving, friendly, and loves attention once she realizes you won't hurt her. She's making great progress in learning that other dogs don't have to be scary, and we know she'd make the most progress in a home! Valerie is young and ready to learn!
