Meet Martin! This nearly 5-year-old Labrador Retriever/Husky mix has a heart as big as his adorable smile, and those striking eyes are just the beginning of his charm! Martin is the definition of a cuddle bug. He loves being close to his people and will happily follow you from room to room just to keep you company. He thrives on routine and settles in beautifully once he knows what to expect. He's still building his confidence, so a patient, loving home will help him continue to blossom. Martin does great with other dogs and enjoys playtime, even if he can get a little vocal when he's having fun – it's all excitement, no attitude! He has no resource guarding issues and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. While in foster care, Martin showed that he is calm and well-mannered. He's not the type to bounce off the walls and is generally relaxed, especially if he has his toys to keep him occupied. He's curious but not destructive, making him an easy companion to live with. Martin is heartworm positive, but don't worry! His treatment is fully covered by the rescue. Ideal Home

Martin would do best in a home where he can have his people nearby, a few good toys, and a yard to enjoy. Most of all, he just wants to be loved, and he'll give that love right back tenfold.

Martin is heartworm positive, but his treatment is fully covered by the rescue.

Training & Support

Martin is learning to go to his spot when it's bedtime like a good boy. He's still building his confidence, so a patient, loving home will help him continue to blossom.
