About Paloma Jumps For Joy

Paloma is the kind of girl who makes patience feel like a superpower, because the payoff is a lifetime of pure, unadulterated joy! She might start off a little reserved, but once she's decided you're her person, she's all in! She is a world-class cuddle bug who has mastered the art of the velcro dog lifestyle. Whether she's following you from room to room or claiming her spot as your permanent couch and movie buddy, she just wants to be wherever you are. She's a nap-loving enthusiast who believes every afternoon is better with a cozy blanket and a human pillow! You're going to want to see her famous "happy jumps" – it's the most heartwarming transformation you'll ever witness!

We think this gorgeous girl is a perfect blend of Labrador and Pittie, wrapped up in a striking, bright white coat that makes her look like a four-legged marshmallow. She's a medium to large girl with a heart that's even bigger than her frame! She's solid enough for big hugs but perfectly sized to fit on the sofa next to you. While her breed is a guess, we're 100% certain she's 100% good girl! Paloma is currently thriving in a loving foster home, soaking up all the affection she can get. She is a polite lady who has already mastered her "sit" and "down" commands. She's a smarty who will do just about anything for a little bit of cheese. She is always down for a car ride and travels beautifully. While she can be a little shy around new faces, she has a gentle, sweet soul; she just prefers to take her time making friends at her own pace.

Ideal Home

Paloma is looking for a house to call her own where she can truly settle in – no apartments for this girl! She would love a home with a yard where she can practice her happy jumps in peace. She'd be happiest in a space that's a bit more on the quiet side where she can truly be herself. Her only real requirement is a plush couch and a human who doesn't mind a beautiful white shadow following them around.

Ongoing Health

No ongoing health concerns to note.

Training & Support

Paloma has already mastered her "sit" and "down" commands. When it comes to other pups, Paloma is a lady who appreciates her personal space. She likes to set clear boundaries and prefers friends who are calm and respectful. She would be happiest as your one-and-only or paired with a mellow male dog who understands that she likes her "by me" time. She's currently practicing her social skills in special playgroups and is making great progress. How does Paloma feel about feline friends? Well, she's a curious girl with a soft heart! To be totally sure if she's ready for a cat sibling, we'd love for her to have a kitty sleepover. We think she has the potential to be a feline's best friend, but a little supervised playdate will give us the final paws up!
