Nesta

Fester is a Cane Corso mix who has survived severe trauma, including being shot, and is working hard to learn to trust again. He is in the very early stages of decompression and professional training, and the right adopter could help him build a stable, loving future.

Ideal Home

Fester needs an adopter who:

• Has experience with large guardian breeds such as Cane Corsos or Mastiff-type dogs
• Is patient, emotionally steady, and willing to let him heal at his own pace
• Understands predictable structure, routine, calm leadership, and thoughtful introductions
• Is committed to ongoing positive-reinforcement training
• Is willing to work closely with his trainer before adoption

Fester is fearful of men and may bark or growl defensively in response. His behavior and full personality are still being evaluated. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Fester has survived a traumatic history, including being shot. He is currently in training and decompression.
