Come meet Klaus, also known as Fushi! This handsome 3-year-old, 60lb Rottweiler/Australian Cattle Dog mix is a 60-pound lap dog looking for his forever family. Klaus is a goofy, loving, and loyal companion with a happy-go-lucky attitude and a sensitive side. He's a cuddly bed hog with a helicopter tail who will shower you with kisses, guard your yard, and protect you. He absolutely loves swimming and playing catch, and he's a big fan of people of all shapes and sizes.

Ideal Home

Klaus would love a family who can provide him with the structure, routine, and rules he needs to thrive. He's looking for a strong leader who will offer plenty of exercise and positive reinforcement. While he's generally good with kids, he would do best in a home with older, considerate children. He has a strong instinct to protect, so he'd be a great guardian for your yard.

Klaus is neutered and vaccinated. He is potty and crate trained.

Training & Support

Klaus can be strong-willed and has a fear of missing out (FOMO). He's known to destroy tennis balls and dog beds, so durable toys are recommended! Leash walking can be a challenge as he is strong and may pull when he's excited about something. He is not always self-aware, so continued training and guidance will be beneficial. He is reactive, so slow introductions with other dogs are a must. He is not good with cats.
