Meet Phillip...or as we like to call him, Philosophical Phil!

This sweet, silly boy is full of goofy antics and charm. Phil loves everyone he meets, especially other dogs, and he is always ready to play. For now, he's taking it easy while undergoing heartworm treatment and enjoying the simpler things in life...like plenty of chin scratches (his favorite!).
