Jasper

Meet Jasper, a sweet 17 lb, short-haired chocolate and white purebred dog with a full tail who was born on April 23, 2023. Jasper was a happy boy with his former family and loved their kids. He can be a bit shy and reserved when first meeting new people, but once he's comfortable, he's a true sweetheart. He's already accustomed to cats, kids, and other dogs, and he's also crate trained and doggy door trained. Jasper is looking for a patient and loving home where he can continue to blossom.

Ideal Home

Jasper would thrive in a home with a physically fenced-in yard, as he is still working on his leash skills. Any upcoming vacations should be planned before adopting Jasper, as he'll need time to settle in.

Ongoing Health

Jasper has been neutered, received a dental cleaning, and is up-to-date on vaccinations including Parvo, Distemper, and Rabies. He has also been treated with Frontline and a 30-day supply of heartworm prevention. He is microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. All vet paperwork will be provided.

Training & Support

Jasper has zero leash skills and will need ongoing training and practice to feel confident on walks. He is already crate trained and doggy door trained, which are great foundations for success in a new home.
