Tundra is going to be your biggest, bestest friend! If you're looking for a large dog companion, Tundra is your boy! He's an absolutely stunning boy with a sleek black coat and beige markings. He's still a baby at approximately 6-7 months old and bonds quickly and strongly with his person or people. He loves toys and balls and enjoys snuggling on the couch for movie time. Tundra is crate trained and potty trained with doggy doors, so he would need time to adjust to a new schedule in a home without dog doors.
Ideal Home
Tundra would thrive in a home with an adopter who understands and appreciates structure and discipline, someone who understands the bond created when training together and the beauty of strong communication with their dog. We prefer a family with older children. Tundra is the dog who will protect his family and home, but also needs a handler who will protect him in unfamiliar situations and understand his cues when he is uncomfortable.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are mentioned in the listing. All adoption donations for dogs include spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, deworming, and a heartworm check if needed.
Training & Support
Tundra has had six weeks of professional training to work on socialization and basic commands. He is great with other dogs who enjoy a high-energy playmate, but also respectful of smaller, lower-energy dogs. He is also wonderful with his foster pig! He would benefit from continued structure and discipline.
