Shredder is a stunning 6.5-month-old brindle boy who is proof that sometimes the best is saved for last. The last of his litter, this handsome pup is what we like to call bomb-proof—easygoing, adaptable, and ready to fit into just about any loving home. We think he's a Pittie/Catahoula mix, but whatever his DNA says, 100% of it is good boy. He has a playful, silly puppy energy and is incredibly well-mannered for such a young pup. Shredder has already mastered the basics: he's crate trained, potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and is quickly becoming his foster mom's favorite running partner. He has a perfect puppy balance of playful energy and a soft, cuddly side that melts hearts.
Ideal Home
Shredder is looking for a home with a yard, lots of love, and people who are ready to include him in their adventures. He would love a canine sibling in his forever home, but he'd also thrive as your one and only as long as he has regular playdates, adventures, and opportunities to socialize. Because he's such a thoughtful, well-behaved pup, we think he has great potential to live with cats as well, and we're happy to cat test him for the right family.

Shredder is already crate trained, potty trained, and walks beautifully on leash. He is happy to curl up for snuggles or entertain himself with a pile of toys.

- All vetting, including DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration are included.
- A high-quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, and cost of transport are included.
- An $87 surcharge applies for transportation costs.
- Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real-time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page.
