About Tootsie

Tootsie is a sweet, approximately one-year-old pup who, along with her brother Rugrat, was unfortunately dumped and left to fend for herself. Thankfully, they were rescued and are now looking for loving homes where they will never be abandoned again. Tootsie is a bundle of energy and loves to play. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, children, and even cats!
