Roger

Roger is a handsome 5-year-old German Shepherd who weighs 80 pounds. He's a big boy who is currently a bit skinny, but with some good food and care, he'll fill out into a stunning, large, and impressive dog that will surely turn heads. Roger's past is a bit of a mystery; he was found all alone in an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. We don't know if he lived there, nearby, or was sadly abandoned. It's clear that at some point, Roger was no longer needed and was simply left behind. He was understandably confused and scared, not knowing what was happening. Despite his difficult experience, Roger has shown incredible resilience, reaching out to people with gentle curiosity, offering affection, and showing he's a good boy. He truly wants to show that he's a good companion and is eager to please. Roger is now looking for a loving and stable home where he can give his unwavering loyalty and devotion in return.

Roger is house-trained. We are still learning about his other behaviors, but he is eager to please and will likely do well with continued positive reinforcement.
