Scout "Scoutie Pie"

Meet Scout, a 45 lb. German Shepherd Dog mix with an estimated birthday of April 13, 2025. Scoutie Pie is a little shy when you first meet him, but his love is unconditional once he warms up to you. He has the cutest floppy ears and a heart full of love to give! Scout enjoys running and playing with his foster siblings, both human and canine, and is also a champion snuggler on the couch. He was rescued from the city shelter just before he was to be euthanized due to overcrowding, despite being a happy and healthy puppy. Now, he's ready to find his forever home!

Ideal Home

Scout would love a home where he can play and cuddle. He gets along well with kids and other dogs.

Scout is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Scout is already kennel and potty trained, making him a great candidate for many homes.

Transportation

Scout is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is available out of state. Weekly ground transports are coordinated to Eastern states, and bi-weekly or monthly transports to Western states. Adopters can track their dog's journey using the Life360 app or through Facebook chats for updates.
