They are receiving early neurological stimulation (ENS/ESI), early grooming exposure, and age-appropriate enrichment. Each puppy is carefully matched to an approved home, and we are dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies with sound temperaments that will transition successfully into their new families. They are being raised in our home with daily handling and introduced to a variety of sights, sounds, surfaces, and experiences to help build confidence and resilience.

Meet Carolina Golden Nuggets. Toni Weppelman is from North Carolina and breeds Golden Retrievers. We are a small, home-based Golden Retriever program focused on producing sound, healthy, and well-rounded companions with excellent temperaments and structure. Our dogs are raised as part of the family and carefully evaluated in health, temperament, and overall quality before being considered for our breeding program. Health testing is a top priority in our program. Our dogs are thoroughly evaluated through OFA and/or PennHIP, cardiac and eye clearances, and genetic testing appropriate for the breed. We believe in responsible, thoughtful breeding with an emphasis on transparency and lifelong support for our puppy families. Our puppies are raised in a hands-on environment with early socialization, enrichment, and exposure to everyday household life to help build confident, adaptable dogs. We are passionate about preserving the qualities that make Golden Retrievers such exceptional companions while always prioritizing health, temperament, and trainability. We love staying connected with our puppy families and are committed to placing each puppy in the right home for lifelong success.
