Axl & Sue

Axl and Sue are a bonded pair of middle-aged German Shepherds looking for a home to spend their golden years together.

Axl is a gentle giant, mellow, sweet, and friendly. He loves people, kids, and other dogs, and enjoys car rides and walks. He's happiest just being near his people, and will politely request more belly rubs if you stop too soon.

Sue is smart, loyal, and devoted to her person. She loves people and children and takes her protector role seriously. She has some separation anxiety as she wants to be by your side at all times. Sue is great with puppies and smaller dogs and is adjusting to larger dogs with slow introductions. Once she trusts you, she bonds hard and loves deeply.

These two have likely spent their whole lives together, and deserve comfort, love, patience, and a family willing to give them the happy ending they've earned.
