If you're looking for a loyal companion with the energy of an action hero and the soul of a country singer, Gideon is your guy. He dreams of a fresh start, preferably in a home with plenty of space to roam, fresh air, and a human who enjoys a good game of fetch.

Gideon is a true outdoorsman and thrives in a rural setting where he can stretch his legs and chase his ball to his heart's content. While he's not a fan of cats, he's incredibly affectionate with his people once he decides you're "cool." He loves attention and doesn't do well when left alone for extended periods. Be prepared for Gideon to "sing you the song of his people" when something is on his mind – he's got a voice and isn't afraid to use it! He's looking for a home where he can be a part of the daily routine and maybe even have a front porch to watch the sunset from.

Ideal Home

Gideon would thrive in a rural setting with wide open spaces and a human who can keep up with his love for fetch. A feline-free home is a must, as he is not a fan of cats. He prefers not to be left alone for too long and would do best with someone who is home often.
