Sorelle

Some hearts take a little longer to bloom — and Sorelle is one of them. Rescued alongside her bold and bubbly sister Nina, Sorelle hung back in the shadows, unsure of this big new world. While Nina quickly spread her wings and found her forever, Sorelle stayed behind… taking her time, learning to trust, slowly showing us her gentle soul. With the help of patient love, Sorelle has started to come out of her shell. She’s still shy — the kind of dog that won’t race into your arms but will one day follow you to the ends of the earth. Sorelle is a 2-year-old, 38 lb Black Labrador Retriever mix.

Ideal Home

Sorelle needs a quiet home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore the world at her pace. She needs someone who understands that love isn’t always loud — sometimes it whispers.

Ongoing Health

Sorelle is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea and tick preventatives.

Training & Support

Sorelle is still shy and will need time and patience to build trust. She’s the kind of dog that won’t race into your arms but will one day follow you to the ends of the earth.

Transporation

Sorelle is currently in Puerto Rico. Once adopted, she will fly into Newark, NJ. We can sometimes help with transport, but we love adopters who will do the drive to pick their babies up.
