Tessa is a sweet Shih Tzu puppy born on March 21st. She is one of five playful pups from parents Rayleigh and Nova. Tessa is a beautiful black and tan color and is expected to be between 9 and 11 pounds when fully grown. She's ready to find her forever home now!
