Boscoe is a handsome 2-year-old Boxer mix who weighs 47 pounds. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his shots. Boscoe's dream is to find a loving home where he can enjoy simple pleasures like a soft bed, a grassy yard, and plenty of cuddle time on the couch with his favorite people. He'd love to be a lap dog if he could just shrink himself a bit! Boscoe is house and crate trained, and he'll politely let you know when he needs to go outside. He's also great on leash walks, and while he's learned to be patient without a fenced yard, he would absolutely love a home with room to run and play freely. He enjoys cooling off by sprawling out in the grass and loves to show his affection with gentle nibbles, which he affectionately calls "fleaing." Boscoe can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience, his sweet and loving personality shines through. He prefers having a light on in his room at night for comfort and feels more at ease not being in complete darkness.
Ideal Home
Boscoe would truly shine as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention. He is good with children but would do best with older kids due to his playful nature and tendency to not always realize his size. He is not a good fit for homes with cats. He would also love a home with a yard where he can run and play.
Ongoing Health
Boscoe has a scar on his back, believed to be from a past injury. Despite this, he remains playful and loving.
Training & Support
Boscoe is house and crate trained and has good manners in his crate. He is also doing well with leash walking. He can be a little shy when meeting new people.
