Cassie

Cassie is a 2-year-old, spayed, 62-lb female, possibly cattle dog mix. She's an enthusiastic, curious, and cuddly girl who is always excited to meet new people! You'll know she's happy to see you because she'll untie your shoes or tug on your pant leg while wagging her tail. Cassie enjoys cuddling, chasing a ball (and will sometimes bring it back!), going for car rides, playing in the sprinkler, and just hanging out in the sunshine with her favorite people. She's always ready for an adventure, whether it's exploring new places, going for a walk, or simply relaxing with the family. Cassie has excellent recall, won't stray far, and learns boundaries quickly. She's also a good leash walker. She knows "sit," "shake," "down," "come," and "leave-it." We think she would be fine around children and haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise. Cassie is a lower-energy dog who also appreciates a good couch cuddle. She adjusts well to new environments and hasn't shown any destructive behavior, but she can be selective with other animals.

Cassie would love a home where she can relax and enjoy quality time with her people. She can be selective with other animals.

Ongoing Health

Cassie is up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, kennel cough, distemper/parvo, 1st flu), spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and heartworm tested.

Training & Support

Cassie knows basic obedience commands like "sit," "shake," "down," "come," and "leave-it." She is generally well-behaved and has not shown destructive behavior.
