Wanda is the very definition of a sweetheart! Even though she clearly hasn't had an easy road lately, she continues to greet everyone with tail wags, kisses, and a friendly attitude that is impossible not to admire. Staff described her as a super sweet lady who never stopped wiggling during her exam. Despite not feeling her best, she has remained affectionate, people-oriented, and eager for attention. Wanda seems to have made the decision that kindness is still worth giving, and she shares it generously with everyone she meets. At an estimated five to seven years old, Wanda has the gentle charm that so many people love about mature dogs. She deserves a family who will see beyond her current condition and recognize the wonderful companion waiting underneath. A soft bed, regular meals, and someone to love her are likely high on her wish list. In return, she'll offer tail wags, loyal companionship, and the quiet gratitude of a dog who finally gets the chance to rest and be cared for.
