Meet Cher, a stunning tricolor Catahoula mix with a heart as bold as her coat. At just under three years old, she's the perfect blend of youthful energy and growing maturity - an athletic, intelligent girl who's eager for a home that understands her drive and her potential. Cher is a high-energy adventure buddy who thrives with structure, activity, and a confident handler. She adores going for walks and gets excited for car rides ("byebyes" are her favorite). After a tough start - including being caught in a trap before rescue - Cher has made huge strides. She's still building confidence with new situations, but with patience and consistency, she bonds deeply and loyally.

Ideal Home

Cher would thrive with a dog-savvy adopter who enjoys an active lifestyle and appreciates a smart, athletic dog with tons of potential. A home with no cats, no small dogs, and no female dogs is ideal for her. A friendly, respectful male dog is optional. A secure fenced yard is a must for Cher to safely channel her athleticism and curiosity.

Training & Support

Cher is crate trained, house trained, and not vocal in her kennel. She is not a fence jumper or digger. She is incredibly smart and learns fast, but she is still building confidence with new situations, so patience and consistency are key.
