Meet Reese — A Young Soul Ready to Belong
Reese is a 1-year-old, 59-pound Alaskan Husky with a joyful spirit and a gentle, affectionate nature. He was found on the streets of Harris County, TX, and ended up in a busy shelter. Despite his past, Reese trusts people and his heart remains wide open, showing he once knew love and is eager to experience it again. He is excellent with people and other dogs, always eager to connect and be close. Reese walks beautifully on leash without pulling, is treat-motivated, and already knows how to sit. He does have a sweet habit of jumping up to ask for more pets. Reese loves being touched from head to toe, enjoys hugs, and thrives on human connection. He is incredibly loving and would do well in just about any home setting, though an active home is preferred to help meet the exercise needs typical of his breed. With the right outlet for energy, Reese will shine as a loyal, devoted companion.
