Pepperoni is a 50lb dog with a heart of gold and a resilience that will amaze you! He and a stray cat named KitKat were abandoned together and relied on each other for survival. After a dedicated professional and our rescue team worked tirelessly for six weeks and five days, Pepperoni was finally safe. He was rescued with the hope of joining a disabled veteran who had been feeding him and wanted to adopt him, but circumstances changed. Now, Pepperoni is patiently waiting for his second chance at a loving home.

Pepperoni is a smart and promising service dog in training. He’s calm, laid-back, and communicates his needs clearly. He loves car rides and would be the perfect travel companion. He’s looking for a patient owner who understands him and can provide the love he’s been missing. Pepperoni gets along well with cats and other dogs.
