Ann Marie is a delightful 8-year-old, 50-pound lady whose greatest passions in life are naps, snacks, belly rubs, and aggressively cuddling anyone who dares sit down near her. Her foster affectionately calls her the "absolute sweetest girl ever," and it's easy to see why. Ann Marie's signature move is the "Belly Roll™" – she'll dramatically plop onto her back, wiggle across the couch, and patiently await her belly rub spa treatment. She's the perfect blend of silly and settled, with enough goofy sparkle left to make you laugh every day without the chaos of a younger dog. While her exact breed is a guess, she's thought to be a boxer/beagle mix.
Ideal Home
Ann Marie would be happiest as the only dog in the home, where she can fully relax and soak up all the attention. However, she might do well with a calm, confident, lower-energy male dog who respects boundaries. She would also do best with calm, dog-savvy kitties who mostly keep to themselves, as she isn't looking for a feline wrestling partner. She'd be an amazing apartment dog or content with a yard to sunbathe in. Her ideal home involves comfy furniture, soft blankets, snacks, and humans who appreciate quiet companionship.

Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Pick up for Canadian adopters is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
