Nomad: RIDGE DOG GRADUATE FROM PRISON FACILITY

Hi there! I'm Nomad, a handsome 3-year-old Husky mix with a rusty coat and a heart full of love. I arrived a bit overweight and unfamiliar with basic cues, but the amazing trainers at the Ridge worked their magic and whipped me into shape! I'm a social butterfly who enjoys my people and the great outdoors on walks. While I'm happy to be part of the family, I've also learned that it's perfectly okay to enjoy some quiet time on my own. I tend to be more of a "people dog" than a "dog's dog," but I can coexist with other dogs if they understand and respect my boundaries.

I would love a home where I can continue to build on the training I've received. My handlers have provided lots of helpful information and tips to ensure my continued success.

I'm a healthy guy, microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered!

Training & Support

The incredible trainers at the Ridge have taught me so much! I know how to sit, stay, lie down, come when called, and walk nicely on a loose leash. I'm also house-trained and crate-trained. To continue my success, please review the materials my handlers put together for you.

I am currently at the Coyote Ridge Correctional Center in Connell, Washington, and will be ready for my forever home after my graduation. Transportation options can be discussed.
