Meet Joey!

If you're looking for a sweet, easygoing best friend with movie-star looks, Joey just might be your guy. With his adorable smooshy face, one striking blue eye, one warm brown eye, and his unique spotted coat, he's impossible not to fall in love with. Joey has settled beautifully into his foster home and is proving to be an absolute gem. He is completely comfortable in his crate, happily choosing it as his favorite place to sleep and quietly chew his bone. He's been perfect in his kennel and has had no accidents in his foster home - what a smart boy!

Ideal Home

Joey would absolutely love to have another friendly dog in his forever home. He reads other dogs' body language well, enjoys their company, and would thrive and gain confidence with a canine companion to play and relax with. This handsome pup also checks all the boxes when it comes to family life. He's wonderful with kids and gets along well with cats.

Ongoing Health

Dogs from Wags come with the following medical care already provided: Spay/Neuter, Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters), Heartworm Test (for dogs over 9mo), Microchip, Deworming, and Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative. Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian is also provided.

Training & Support

Joey has a naturally polite personality. He doesn't jump on people and is content to simply lie at your feet while you relax, always happy just to be near his favorite humans.

Transporation

Our animals live in foster homes throughout the Madison area. We do not have a shelter where animals are available for daily viewing. Applying is the first step in our process.
