Luis has received all necessary vaccinations, including those for Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies. He has also been tested for Heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis. Luis has had a full panel blood test, microchip with lifelong free registration, and deworming. He is also up-to-date on flea and tick treatment. Luis has been spayed or neutered.
