Katie

Katie is a 1-year-old spayed female, around 45lbs, who is the calmer of a bonded sister duo with her best friend Kenzie. While Kenzie is the more adventurous one, Katie is the homebody—sweet and happiest in a familiar environment with her people nearby. She is potty and crate trained, well-behaved indoors, and loves to snuggle up once she feels safe. Katie is a bit nervous in new places, but once settled into her routine, she opens up and shows her affectionate side. She is also quite playful with other dogs, and she and Kenzie love to romp and explore together. Katie may need a little time and patience as she adjusts, but once she does, she’s incredibly loving and loyal. With Kenzie by her side, this sweet pair is ready to bring double the love, fun, and tail wags to a forever home.

Ideal Home

Katie would do best in a home without cats, as she is a bit too curious. Due to her sensitive nature, a quiet home with older or calmer children would suit her best.
