Peaches

Meet Peaches, a delightful pit bull terrier mix with a heart full of love to give! This sweet girl is about one year old and has been nothing but a joy at the shelter. She's a friendly and affectionate companion who enjoys gentle interactions. While she has a history with a small child, we are looking for a very specific type of home to ensure her continued happiness and safety.

Ideal Home

Peaches would do best in a home without small children, cats, or small dogs. She has shown she can do well with a larger, calmer dog after very slow and careful introductions.

Ongoing Health

Peaches is spayed, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is current on her flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

While Peaches has been sweet and loving at the shelter, and has responded well to handling even when food or toys were involved, her past interaction with a small child warrants a cautious approach. We believe with slow introductions and consistent, positive reinforcement, she can thrive.
