Daisy - Puppy - Coming Late August

Meet Daisy, a delightful female puppy born on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026! Daisy is currently around 2 pounds and is expected to grow to be about 5-7 pounds, based on her mom's size. She has a beautiful tan coat with white highlights and that adorable, slightly chunky puppy look that will mature into a leaner, proportionate body. Daisy is a playful and affectionate pup who loves to wrestle with her small dog friends and enjoys cuddling on laps for belly rubs.

Ideal Home

Daisy would thrive in a home with a high activity level and someone who is home frequently, ideally checking in every 4-6 hours. She would love to have another small dog, ideally between 1-4 years old, to play with, and will not be considered for homes where she would be the only dog. Due to her small size, a home with only small dogs is recommended. She is expected to do well with older, mature children (10 and older).

Ongoing Health

Daisy will be spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Her vet work, including her final vaccinations and spay, is scheduled to be completed in mid-August, after which she will be ready for her forever home.

Training & Support

Daisy is currently being trained to use puppy pads and sleeps in a dog bed within an ex-pen at night. She has not yet been trained on a harness and leash due to her vaccination status. She is a smart puppy and does not bark much at this age.

Daisy is being fostered in the Dallas, TX area and must be adopted within the Dallas or North Central Texas area.
