Amos

Amos is an 11-year-old gentleman who has been in our care for over a year. He came to us with severe ear infections and skin issues, which our veterinarian and a specialist have been diligently treating. After various treatments, including specialized ear packing and allergy shots, Amos is feeling much better. He also receives injections for his arthritis, which have significantly improved his mobility. His diet has been adjusted to a single-protein, gluten-free, GMO-free kibble, and he's doing remarkably well. Amos was house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent house manners when he arrived. He loves a good nap but also enjoys the company of kids, big dogs, small dogs, and cats.

Ideal Home

Amos would likely thrive in a home where he can continue his healthy diet and receive his arthritis medication. He enjoys naps but is also friendly with everyone.

Ongoing Health

Amos has environmental allergies and arthritis. He is currently receiving allergy shots and arthritis medication. His ear infections have improved, but he still has some yeast that is being managed with probiotics.

Training & Support

Amos is already potty-trained, crate-trained, and has good house manners. He is friendly with children and other animals.
