August is a silly and affectionate 3-4 year old pittie mix who found herself at a vet clinic after being abandoned over a year ago. She's a total sweetheart who truly believes everyone she meets is a potential best friend! August gets along well with other dogs, but she does have a dominant personality and would do best with more submissive canine companions. She's a playful girl who loves to get the zoomies and is incredibly food motivated. When she's not busy with her enthusiastic play sessions, she's a big fan of belly rubs and would love nothing more than to share her life with a loving family. August is ready to trade her past for a bright future!

Ideal Home

August would thrive in a home where she can be herself and get plenty of playtime. She would prefer to have more submissive dog friends.
