Chevy (Dallas)

Meet Chevy, an 11-year-old, 28-pound French Bulldog with a heart of gold and a love for all things food! Chevy is an exceptionally sweet and cuddly companion who thrives on being close to his person. He's a true foodie who lights up at mealtime and truly wants nothing more than to be your shadow.

Ideal Home

Chevy would do best as the only dog or with non-dominant dogs, as he enjoys being the center of attention. He is doggy friend selective and will need a meet and greet with any potential furry siblings. He needs a calm, stable home with someone who works from home, is retired, or is home frequently. Due to his separation anxiety, he will bark if he cannot see his person, so he is not suited for apartment living. Chevy also isn't fully potty trained and may dribble, so he wears a belly band to help manage this. He should not be placed in homes with large breed dogs. NO swimming pools unless completely fenced off.

Ongoing Health

Chevy is deaf and may have limited vision in one eye.

Training & Support

Chevy experiences separation anxiety and will bark if he cannot see his person. He is not fully potty trained and may dribble, so he wears a belly band. He needs a patient, understanding person willing to give him reassurance and routine.
