Bucket

Meet Bucket! Bucket is a 3-year-old Pitbull who has been through a lot, but his capacity for love is immense. He arrived at the SEACCA Animal Shelter in Downey after his previous owner was arrested. Unfortunately, when his owner was released, he never returned for Bucket, and sadly, he ended up on the euthanasia list.

Thankfully, Bucket was rescued and is now safe in a foster home, eagerly awaiting his forever family. He was kept mostly outdoors by his former owner, so he's still learning the ropes of being a cherished member of a household. Bucket gets excited when he sees other dogs and has been around other animals, though he hasn't had close interactions yet. His greatest wish is simple: love, guidance, and a place to truly belong. Bucket truly deserves a warm, stable home with someone who believes in him.

Ideal Home

Bucket would thrive with an experienced owner who is familiar with Pitbulls. Patience and understanding will be key as he continues to learn and grow.

Bucket is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Bucket is still learning what it means to be part of a family, having previously lived mostly outdoors. He is house-trained and knows basic commands. He's excited around other dogs and has been around other animals, but close interactions are still being explored.
